Common questions

Good to know before you start

What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable clothing that moves with your body. For your safety, please avoid big baggy shirts or sweatshirts — we need to see your body to make sure your form is correct. Pilates is done barefoot or with gripper socks.

Do I need to be thin to do Pilates?

Absolutely not. At Longevity Pilates we customize a safe and effective program especially for you, whatever your age, size or fitness level.

What is your cancellation policy?

We enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy for all sessions and classes. Any session cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice is charged in full. All packages expire 12 months after the date of purchase; no refunds.

Can Pilates help with an injury or condition?

Yes — our certified teachers work with many physical conditions and injuries. Pilates is not a substitute for medical care; always consult your doctor before beginning any exercise program.
