Can Pilates help?
Pilates builds core strength, stability and controlled movement — which is why our teachers so often work alongside clients managing chronic conditions, injuries and surgical recovery.
For scoliosis in particular, we also collaborate with specialists in the area. Pilates is not a substitute for necessary medical care and advice — always consult a doctor before beginning any exercise program.
Pink Ribbon Program
Our Pink Ribbon Program is a specialized path for women rebuilding strength and mobility after breast cancer treatment — gently, safely, and on your timeline.
